Contest Rules
Promotion runs January 6 through February 28.
Valid for dine-in visit only at Mad Boar.
Guests earn one punch per dine-in visit when they meet a qualifying condition. See the list below.
Six punches are required to complete a punch card.
Once completed, place the card in the drawing box located in the restaurant.
Unlimited entries allowed — submit as many completed cards as you earn.
Incomplete or altered cards will not be accepted.
The winner will be selected at random after the promotion ends.
The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the punch card.
Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted or transferred.
Participants may not be employees of Mad Boar.

Favorites Purchase – Purchase any item listed on the back of the menu under Favorites.
Dine-In Tuesday – Dine in and eat at Mad Boar on a Tuesday.
Pork Star Purchase – Purchase any item listed on the front of the menu in the side column labeled Our Pork Stars.
Appetizer Purchase – Purchase any starter/appetizer.
Sandwich Purchase – Purchase any item listed on the back of the menu under Sandwiches.
Dessert Purchase – Purchase any dessert item.
